The feature you are inquiring about already exists on the Navigation System. You can select under the route option the shortest distance or the quickest time. If you are not receiving these options call your local dealer to inspect the vehicle and determine if the system is operating properly and assist you with operation process " la Denso sostiene che tale ( ovvia !!

Hi all...I sent the following email to Denso, and then just got the reponse back (below)...have any of you found these options that Denso says below we have (the ability to choose shortest time vs distance, etc?) Before I show this to the dealership...just wanted to make sure it's not just me overlooking something...thanks!

> Are there plans to include with a future update, the choice to tell the system to route you via the quickest versus most direct, etc route? Currently, the system in my 2010 Mazda 3 is routing me over 45 minutes out of the way on a common trip. Unfortunately, I see no option to have it route me the most direct route, instead of whatever reason it is routing me so far out of the way from where I need to go. Is this a software update that is currently being looked at? Thank you!
Here's the response I just got back...
Thank you for your e-mail and the feature you are inquiring about already exists on the Navigation System. You can select under the route option the shortest distance or the quickest time. If you are not receiving these options call your local dealer to inspect the vehicle and determine if the system is operating properly and assist you with operation process
